1 You can only enter as often as you wish.
2 Entry Form must be completed in full with all Free Gift Code Words beside the specific sponsor.
3 The deadline for each drawing which is midnight before the day of the drawing.
4 You must be 18 year's old to complete an entry form.
5 By completing the entry form you are authorizing the use of your name and picture to be used by LocalBenefits.com on it's website and in future promotions and press releases as well as registering to receive the LocalBenefits.com Email Newsletter which is sent out periodically.
6 Winners will be notified by the email address given on the entry form.
7 All pictures of prizes are for illustrative purposes only. The actual product may vary in size, make or color from that pictured. All drawings are final and cannot be disputed. LocalBenefits.com is the only authority as to the winner of the drawing.
8 Winner will have 30 days to claim his/her prize at the home office of LocalBenefits.com (111-A Belton Drive, Spartanburg, SC 29301). If winner wishes to have prize mailed or shipped to his/her address, then the winner must pay all shipping costs incurred by LocalBenefits.com.  If shipment is requested, winner agrees to hold LocalBenefits.com harmless against damages or loss to the prize in shipment due to the postal service or shipping company .
9 If prize is not claimed by midnight of the 30th day following the drawing, then the prize will be forfeited and will go back into the prize pool to be awarded at a future drawing to be determined by LocalBenefits.com.
10 Odds of winning depend entirely on the number of participants in each drawing.
